SRM Pillar Manager, Trade
The Job: This role requires a combination of strategic agility and strong analytical thinking to develop appealing guidelines and frameworks, translating them into cluster realities, targets, roadmaps, and action plans. It involves high levels of collaboration with cluster and regional stakeholders and the ability to navigate strategic and deployment challenges, requiring stakeholder management skills.
Designs cluster-level Trade investment strategy and leads its deployment. Drives alignment across clusters and functions. Performs analysis to support cluster recommendations and insights on trade effectiveness and ROI, proactively coordinating Trade investment decisions in line with segment and cluster value creation initiatives.
This is a 12-month position, potentially located in our South European Cluster (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Balkans, or Israel).
Key Responsibilities:
* Leads and develops the cluster Trade investment strategy and framework, ensuring alignment with the overall cluster business strategy and value creation plans across SRM pillars.
* Adapts the cluster Trade investment strategy into sub-cluster guidelines, setting and allocating Trade targets with a focus on ROI improvement.
* Defines action plans to achieve Trade targets across countries, partnering with other divisions and stakeholders.
* Conducts analysis across cluster, channels, and cells to derive insights for continuous ROI improvement.
* Chairing Trade performance reviews with SRM market managers, sales, and demand heads to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities and risks.
* Governs annual target delivery, initiates scenario planning, and drives organizational alignment.
* Collaborates with SRM teams to develop Trade capabilities, monitor effectiveness, and deploy tools and systems.
* Represents the cluster at relevant S&OP+ forums and acts upon discussions.
* Serves as the point of contact for regional communities and deploys regionally driven Trade projects at the cluster level.
What We Are Looking For:
* 4-5 years of experience in Sales, SRM, or Finance.
* Advanced/fluent English skills (written and oral).
* Strategic mindset and financial acumen.
* Customer focus and analytical skills.
* Knowledge of Trade Investment management; sales knowledge is a plus.
