Chubb is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders, deliver impactful reports, and drive strategic decision-making. This is a fixed term role of 12 month duration. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliUnderstand business requirements by familiarizing yourself with existing processes to deliver meaningful MI reports. /liliCapture detailed requirements from business users and stakeholders. /liliDocument requirements into user stories and/or business specifications for review and approval by business customers. /liliSupport the development team in delivering accurate, timely, and meaningful MI reports and dashboards tailored to stakeholder needs. /liliProvide on-site support and management of User Acceptance Testing (UAT). /liliRecommend business logic solutions aligned with business objectives and support testing processes (both IT and business testing). /liliCollaborate with users to define requirements. /li /ulh3Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration /h3ulliWork closely with business teams to understand reporting requirements and provide insights that support strategic goals. /liliServe as the key point of contact between stakeholders and the MI team to facilitate communication, collaboration, and resolution. /liliConduct meetings with stakeholders to review requirements, address concerns, and provide updates on reporting progress. /li /ulh3Data Analysis /h3ulliProvide recommendations to address data quality issues with source systems. /liliTrack and report on key metrics to measure business performance and operational efficiency. /liliUtilize data analytics to identify trends and insights that can drive enhancements in policy management processes. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. /liliMinimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. /liliAdvanced level of English (C1). /liliProficiency in Spanish and other European languages such as French, Dutch, or German is a strong plus. /liliPrevious experience in the insurance industry is a strong advantage. /liliStrong skills in research, data analysis, testing and complex problem-solving. /liliExcellent collaboration and interpersonal skills. /liliHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. /liliExperience with data analysis, testing tools and methodologies. /liliExceptional communication and presentation skills. /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3pIntegrity.
