How will you make a difference?
* Lead and manage daily Beach operations: Ensure the smooth running of the area, maintaining luxury, safety and aesthetic standards at all times.
* Drive departmental results: Take full responsibility for KPIs, revenue, cost control, guest satisfaction and overall profitability.
* Develop revenue strategies: Optimize premium seating, beach packages and F&B upselling opportunities to maximize average check and profitability.
* Plan and optimize resources: Ensure proper staff planning according to occupancy and operational needs.
* Manage budgets and inventories: Control stock, assets and financial forecasts aligned with departmental objectives.
* Lead, train and develop the team: Motivate Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Attendants, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results.
* Ensure regulatory compliance: Guarantee adherence to health, safety and hygiene regulations.
* Coordinate with other departments: Work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security and F&B Leadership to ensure seamless operations.
* Support activation days, VIP experiences, and branded events to enhance guest engagement and revenue
* Manage feedback and continuous improvement: Monitor guest satisfaction and implement action plans when necessary.
Are you the person we are looking for?
* Education in Hospitality (Bachelor's Degree valued).
* Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a similar position within the hotel sector or a lifestyle beach club environment.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Strong commercial mindset and market knowledge.
* Analytical ability to manage KPIs, revenue and cost control.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent English and Spanish.
* Professional, solution-oriented, detail-focused and able to work under pressure in a dynamic outdoor environment.
* Schedule flexibility, including weekends and public holidays.
