PbSenior Business Development Sales Manager – Green Hydrogen / Green Molecules / Energy Transition / Market Expansion / Hydrogen Infrastructure / Climate Technology / Clean Technology / H2 / Global Leader /b /ppbr/ppInterested in using your Business Development expertise to join a global leader in the Hydrogen space? /ppbr/ppThe team are already an Electrolyzer market-leader across the US and Western EU, and as a bSenior Sales and Business Development Manager /b, you'll act as first boots on the ground in Iberia (Spain Portugal), expanding their footprint in these markets as a Regional Lead. /ppbr/ppbWhat’s on offer? /b /ppbr/pullibGreenfield impact: /b You’ll build the regional commercial footprint from scratch, and have full ownership of a global leaders bIberia /b presence. /li /ulpbr/pullibFreedom Autonomy: /b Fully remote role with high trust and independence, supported by a strong global business development team based in Germany. /li /ulpbr/pullibStrategic relevance: /b Work directly on hydrogen and green molecule projects in regions critical to Europe’s energy transition. /li /ulpbr/pullibIndustry Leaders: /bYou'll join one of Europe's most established Green Hydrogen teams with an existing presence across Spain Portugal. You will act as a Regional Lead and local subject matter expert as they continue to invest significantly in these regions. /li /ulpbr/ppbThe role: /b /ppbr/pulliDrive business development and market expansion in Iberia, identifying and prioritising new hydrogen and green molecule opportunities. /li /ulpbr/pulliBuild strong partnerships, often from scratch, represent the team are fairs / conferences across the region, and collaborate closely with global teams while operating independently and aligned with HQ. /li /ulpbr/pulliYou’ll be the first commercial presence in your region, with full ownership of customer engagement and opportunity development. /li /ulpbr/ppbIdeally, you’ll have a combination of: /b /ppbr/ppStrong regional network and market knowledge in bhydrogen or green molecules /b (Spain Portugal) /ppbr/pulliProven business development or sales experience in hydrogen, EPC, energy infrastructure, or related clean tech. /li /ulpbr/pulliA clear bhunter mentality, /bproactive, self-driven, and comfortable opening doors independently /li /ulpbr/pullibBonus /b: Track record of building new markets or a regional presence from scratch /li /ulpbr/ppbLocation: /b This is a fully remote role, with regular travel back to HQ to Germany for workshops, leadership offsites, and training and development (more / less dependent on your preferences). /p
