About the role
We are looking for a Senior SAP HCM Consultant to strengthen our international team. This role focuses on delivering high‐quality Application Maintenance Services (AMS) and implementation projects, with a strong emphasis on Austrian payroll.
Which tasks can you expect?
Your Mission As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting and delivering SAP HCM solutions for our clients
Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP HCM solutions
Provide functional expertise in Austrian payroll, ensuring compliance and high‐quality delivery
Participate in end‐to‐end project phases: requirement gathering & specifications, analysis & solution design, system configuration (customising/parameterisation)
Testing & go‐live support
Support AMS activities, including incident management, change requests and continuous improvement
Work closely with technical and business teams to ensure seamless system integration
Contribute to User Support Services, ensuring client satisfaction and system stability
What do you have to offer?
Proven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant (5+ years)
Strong expertise in Austrian Payroll (PY‐AT)
Experience in Application Maintenance Services (AMS) and/or SAP implementations
Solid knowledge of SAP HCM modules and integration points
Fluent in German and English
Nice to have experience with
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
Payroll Control Center (PCC)
SAP HCM Certifications
