Overview
As the Demand Analyst for the Europe CoE, you will create an unemotional base forecast that informs supply chain and commercial planning, improves customer satisfaction, and supports lean end‑to‑end supply chains.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide reliable ‘unemotional’ and ‘unpolitical’ baselines for 0–24‑month horizons at monthly buckets, offering guidance to markets on impactful focus areas.
* Evaluate and adjust system forecast parameters (multilevel disaggregation, predictive models). Own predictive analytics models.
* Drive low‑touch forecasting by setting exception–based parameters and ensuring alert configurations.
* Review high‑level forecasts and build the full regional picture, maintaining a balanced and honest volume outlook.
* Continuously improve demand planning processes, challenge the status quo, and spearhead new initiatives.
* Collaborate with global CoE on strategic forecast improvement projects and system enhancements.
* Align with market demand planners through dedicated forums, ensuring two‑way insight sharing.
* Lead the ‘setting the base for long‑term planning’ process for the region, coordinating with brand marketing, strategy and finance.
* Participate in S&OP; support the CoE in preparation for the monthly performance rhythm by delivering clear insights into demand drivers.
Qualifications
* Experience in analytics, forecasting, business partnering, and supply chain.
* Proficiency with data collection and analysis tools (advanced Excel, SAP superuser, ERP systems, Power BI).
* Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus.
* Excellent relational skills and a high level of English.
