The Cooling Service Representative is responsible for providing professional on-site services for cooling products, including commissioning, technical analysis, and resolving customer issues.
The role primarily focuses on complex & critical projects, including troubleshooting & on-site support for Cooling Equipment & Systems (air cooling, air- or water-cooled chillers, CRAC / CRAH units).
What are your core activities?
* Perform startup & commissioning on all equipment across the entire cooling product range.
* Evaluate unit installation (e.g., pipe quality, hydraulic circuits).
* Evaluate system installation & operational conditions.
* Perform onsite adjustments to optimize unit performance.
* Identify failure causes related to quality, software, or operational issues (Root Cause Analysis).
* Properly document, label, and return defective parts for repair or disposal.
* Perform preventive & corrective maintenance for cooling systems.
Requirements :
* Diploma / bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
* At least 5 years of commissioning or field service repair experience with HVAC or cooling equipment.
* Experience with precision cooling is a significant advantage.
* Experience with HVAC, generators, fire detection / suppression systems.
* Proficiency with software tools like AutoCAD, MS Office, Acrobat.
* Willingness to travel internationally up to 70% of the time.
