Labor Relations Technician / Técnico/a de Relaciones Laborales
What you’ll do
Based in Alicante Airport, the Labor Relations Technician is responsible for providing advice and support to line managers in Spain, ensure processes are followed and compliance with labour regulations.
The Accountabilities of the Role:
* Provide advice and guidance to Store Managers and Area Managers in all aspects of employee relations
* Support with payroll processing when needed
* Support managers in building inclusive and high-performing teams.
* Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with employment law and regulations.
* Ensure employment relations cases are managed and dealt with in a timely manner and clear advice is provided to relevant stakeholders. Ability to draft required documentation to support processes such as disciplinary documentation.
* Maintain accurate HR records
The Requirements of the Role:
* Experience managing complex employee relations cases and organisational change (Minimum 3 years experience )
* Formal training in labour relations or labour law (desirable)
* Strong understanding of labor relation topics and regulations
* Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and ability to maintain confidentiality
* Payroll experience desirable
* Good command of spoken and written English is essential (Minimum of B2 in English language)
* Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
* Communication, organization and ability to work as a part of a team
* Able to interpret multiple CBA’s and ability to interpret labour regulations, collective agreements and case law.
* Support with preparation of new starter documentation during peak periods.
