What we look for?
We are looking for two Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) Experts to support a large-scale international rollout.
Our client, a market-leading organization in automotive financing, car leasing, and vehicle insurance, is embarking on a major security transformation program.
100% remote collaboration within Spain.
Main tasks and accountabilities will be:
Provide support and troubleshooting for Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) issues.
Implement new requirements and configurations within the ZIA platform.
Perform log analysis and error diagnostics to identify and resolve problems.
Set up and configure vZen on-premises.
What do we expect from you?
Proven experience in administration and support of Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA).
Strong skills in log analysis and troubleshooting within network environments.
Hands-on experience with vZen installation and configuration in virtualized environments.
Solid understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP) and security concepts.
Ability to work in critical environments under pressure.
English B2+/C1
