SAP BTP Architect
(f/m) to lead the technical design of a mission-critical, high-resilience enterprise module. You will own the architecture for a \"side-by-side\" extension that ensures 100% operational continuity, even during backend downtime, using modern cloud-native patterns.

What experience is required?
● 8+ years in Software Architecture; 5+ years focused on SAP BTP.
● Proven experience delivering high-stakes, industrial-grade cloud applications
Core Technical Stack:
● SAP BTP Architect
● FullStack Developer: (ABAP/RAP/CAP/FioriElements): Expert-level
development within the Cloud Application Programming Model.
● HANA Cloud: HDI containers, and SQLScript.
● Resilience Patterns: Queue-based \"Write-Back\" orchestration and SAP SDI for
high-availability data replication.
● Integrations: SAP Cloud Connector, OData v2/v4, and secure connectivity to
On-Premise ERPs.
● Custom Engines: Building in-app Workflow & Rules Engines (bypassing standard
services for specific performance needs).
Which would be the key responsibilities?:
● Architectural Blueprint: Design a modular, \"Single Responsibility\" architecture on
Cloud Foundry.
● System Resilience: Ensure the application remains fully functional during backend
ERP maintenance or outages.
● Technical Leadership: Enforce strict code quality (Unit Testing >80%) and mentor
senior developers.
● Process Engineering: Architect complex task-management loops and bulk-data
operations.
What experience would be valued?:
● Generative AI: Integration of SAP AI Core/GenAI Hub, Vector Engines (RAG), and
\"Dual-Mode\" architectures (AI with manual fallback).
● Document Management: Integration with OpenText or similar DMS via API.
● Security: Deep knowledge of XSUAA, IAS, and secure coding practices.
