Job Description
In this hypergrowth adventure, we are looking for an HR Admin intern.
Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, checklists, system updates)
- Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and filing
- Help organize HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities
- Respond to basic employee inquiries and escalation when necessary
- Align with finance teams for invoicing
- Health and safety management: scheduling medical check ups, answering inquiries from health and safety provider
Profile required
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to sign an internship agreement with a university or educational institution
- Native level of Spanish and high level of English, both written and verbal
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Willingness to learn and a proactive attitude
