Responsibilities:
* Lead our social media and digital campaigns, develop media targeting strategies, and execute them to create unique user experiences for our brands worldwide.
* Manage a team with two direct reports and oversee the internal transformation to a full-funnel omnichannel approach, focusing on social media.
* Implement brand-related activation and influencer campaigns across digital and social media platforms.
* Establish global media guidelines and playbooks for social media and influencers, integrating them into the overall media strategy.
* Ensure social and digital campaigns are reflected on the main website and web assets.
* Utilize analytics (A/B testing, reporting, KPI dashboards) to maximize ROI in organic and paid social media, including influencer collaborations.
Qualifications:
* Over 5 years of relevant professional experience in consumer marketing.
* Degree in Economics or Business Administration with a focus on Marketing.
* Proven track record in digital marketing, media management, and ideally SEO.
* Ability to think in terms of brands, digital trends, and evolving consumer journeys.
* Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
