Please note: This role will require being in our SF office at least 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday).
How you’ll be impactful:
- Own Keen's acquisition and activation product strategy across web and mobile, identifying the highest-leverage growth opportunities and developing growth hypotheses informed by customer behavior and business economics.
- Engineer the path from first click to first paid conversation, improving how users discover value, build trust, and convert with confidence
- Help transform the product culture during a major company-wide transformation across product, platform, and brand.
- Build a high velocity experimentation culture that increases learning speed, conversion performance, and long-term customer value
- Partner closely with Performance Marketing to maximize acquisition efficiency and improve downstream monetization outcomes
- Own activation and conversion outcomes across the customer journey, identifying and delivering product improvements that increase first paid conversations and early customer value.
