The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and versatile professional to join our Strategy Analytics team as Dashboard User Engagement & BI Manager. Reporting to the Strategy Analytics Director, this key role combines hands-on Power BI development with strategic engagement responsibilities. You will serve as a primary contact for C-level executives and top management, ensuring they have the insights needed for critical decision-making. The adecuado candidate will design and maintain impactful dashboards, drive user adoption, and lead initiatives to educate and engage Puig’s key stakeholders toward a data-driven mindset.
What you'll get to do
Dashboard User Engagement:
- Define and implement plans to engage key audiences (Top Management, Brands, Markets) and foster a strong, active community around dashboards and data-driven insights.
- Create and promote communication materials and training sessions to keep to improve dashboard literacy, gain adoption and drive users engagement.
- Monitor dashboard usage and adoption metrics;
analyze insights and gather feedback to continuously improve dashboards and enhance user experience.
BI Development & Management:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across multiple platforms.
We'd love to meet you if you have
Must-Have:
- 4-6 years of experience in BI development and data visualization, specifically with Microsoft Power BI.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills, with experience in internal communication, training, or enablement programs within large organizations.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret usage data and optimize engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with DAX, data modelling, SQL and ETL processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Spanish. French is a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Beauty, FMCG or Retail and familiarity with Market Data (e.G., Nielsen/Circana).
- Familiarity with Google Big Query, or Datasphere for enterprise data connectivity.
