CRM, Customer Success & Marketing Automation Associate – Mautic Specialist
(Remote ‑ CET ± 4 h)
This hybrid role combines hands-on Mautic expertise with multichannel Campaigns and Customer Success coordination across clients, internal devs, and the CEO. You will be responsible for both technical marketing operations and delivering day-to-day value for our managed deliverability and profitability-focused ESP offering.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Operations & Analytics
Manage the Mautic stack:
installations, upgrades, plugins, security.
Audit and optimize server cronjobs via SSH in collaboration with Dev-OPs.
Identify and fix misconfigurations such as duplicate triggers or missing workers.
Use SQL (Amazon Athena) to validate KPIs and generate ad-hoc reports.
Monitor deliverability using tools like InboxTracker, Litmus, MXToolBox;
maintain inbox placement >
95%.
IntegrateMautic with websites, e-commerce, CDP, BI, and ad platforms via API/Webhooks.
Customer Success & Coordination
Serve as the primary success contact for assigned accounts:
organize stand-ups, gather requirements, translate into tickets, track SLAs.
Coordinate hand-offs between dev team, CEO, PM, and clients;
ensure clarity on expectations and deadlines.
Present weekly performance reports highlighting growth metrics and next steps.
Collect feedback and convert it into backlog items or optimization ideas.
Project Prioritization & Growth
Manage JIRA boards with the CEO, prioritizing tasks for maximum ROI.
Run experiments (subject-line tests, segment rollouts) and measure impact.
Identify and scope new customer opportunities (targeting 10 MM+ emails/month).
Valued Skills & Traits
2–4 years CRM/Marketing Automation experience, with at least 1 year as primary Mautic owner.
Proficiency in SQL on Amazon Athena (including window functions, partitions, cost control).
Linux CLI skills:
cron, log grep, bash scripting.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to marketers and executives.
Strong project management skills:
attention to detail, organized kanban, clear definition of "done".
Kaizen mindset and frugality:
fast iteration, delivering value with lean resources.
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot) for drafting and queries.
Bonus skills:
experience with Optimove, Bird.Com, Klaviyo, Braze, or Iterable.
Alignment with Amazon Leadership Principles.

30 days:
Set up a new sending domain, including DNS, warm-up plan, SES credentials, Mautic settings, and documentation.
60 days:
Lead Customer Success for a comprehensive client, achieving consistent growth in key metrics, and resolving issues proactively.
90 days:
Manage 3 clients end-to-end with minimal CEO intervention;
source and scope a new customer.
