What functions will you perform on a day-to-day basis?
* Design the processes and procedures of the Reflex tool based on the requirements of its users.
* Management and resolution of incidents arising from the use of the tool.
* Testing the development and incidents of new projects.
* Analysis and continuous improvement of the Reflex tool.

* You have studied industrial organization engineering, systems, computer science, or similar.
* Experience in the logistics sector is an asset, as well as in the Reflex and SQL tools.
* You are a person with great analytical skills, organized, responsible, and you like to work in agile environments.
* It is valued that you know how to communicate in English.
