REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
This is a hybrid position with responsibilities for the full Natus product portfolio for the East of Sweden territory, along with developing sales opportunities across the Nordic countries for the Natus Ophthalmic product range. The position is a full-time position (39 hours per week Monday to Friday)
Duties and responsibilities will include the followings:
1. New customer acquisition across the Nordic countries for Ophthalmic product portfolio.
2. Manage and develop East Sweden Natus Sensory customer base and achieve/exceed assigned annual budget.
3. Set up and develop marketing and commercial strategies for both Ophthalmic and Hearing and Balance customer base
4. Manage and support - either directly or via deployment of application specialist and service engineers – product demonstrations and trials, product installation processes and after sales service activities
5. Manage and react to all Natus direct customer requests
6. Reach revenue responsibility for the allocated territory, based on the confirmed commission plan
Travel : Extensive (required-minimum of 80%)
Education and experience required:
7. Bachelor's degree (B.A.)
8. Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in medical device sales.
9. Experience of selling Ophthalmic products or experience within the Ophthalmic environment is highly desirable.
10. Experience in capital goods sales process in life science will be a plus
11. Ability to work independently from a home office, as well as within a team environment
12. Excellent concept selling skills
13. Must be able to analyze financial information
14. Excellent verbal and communication skills
15. Computer skills required: knowledge of Pack Office and CRM
16. Require professional and ethical references at a high level
17. Require current and valid driver´s license
Languages: English (professional level) and Swedish Mandatory. It would be advantageous to also speak Norwegian, Danish & Finish.
