Provide support in fostering a productive culture.- Own a relationship with key leaders in the region and across the company.- Emphasize employee reward and recognition programs.- Help to build, maintain and communicate changes in regional policies and procedures and ensure proper compliance is followed in accord with country-specific laws and regulations.- Monitor and implement employee development and performance programs.- Support and implement Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging programs.- Champion #TealFun and #KeepinitTeal and engagement programs.- Support new hire orientation and employee recognition programs, and assist the leaders in the process.- Assist managers regarding the HR processes and best practices.- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving HR and people issues promptly.- Conduct employee investigations, track and monitor case activities.- Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health andsafety; and training and development.- Handle employment-related inquiries from employees and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.- Lead, attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and procedures to maintain compliance.- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR, talent management, and employment law.- Provide exceptional service to our customers within Tealium.- Provide performance metrics and data to identify areas of improvement; track and document all activity within the ATS and HRIS.- In partnership with the HR team lead and/or support HR projects and tasks as assigned.- Perform other duties as assigned.**WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM**:- Demonstrated Human Resources knowledge in all Generalist areas.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.- You are an organized go-getter with acute attention to detail.- You embrace high sense of urgency, prioritizing most important tasks first and completing work with speed.- You are a creative self-starter who isn’t afraid to think outside the “box”.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.- Previous experience in a high-growth, integral technology company- In Depth knowledge of country laws and working expectations in countries across EMEA, for example: Germany, France, Spain, Dubai, Netherlands, Italy, and UKWHAT ARE SOME OF THE WOWs ABOUT TEALIUMAt Tealium, we don’t just offer the ordinary, we provide the extraordinary:- **Tealium WOWs (Ways of Work)**, our award winning culture is how with think, act and connect together at Tealium- **Mosaic**, our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion is grounded in our mosaic of diverse perspectives and shared belonging as we live in work across the US and in nearly 20 countries- **Tealium Cares**, to promote ca
