Experteer Overview
As AI Platform Lead, you guide the design, development, and operation of Holcim's enterprise AI platform to enable scalable, secure AI solutions across functions. You own the platform roadmap, architecture, and governance, partnering with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful AI use cases. You will drive integration with ERP, logistics, and manufacturing, and steer adoption of gateways, low‑code tools, and multi‑LLM orchestration. This role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on architecture and people management to shape the company’s AI transformation.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own the AI platform vision and roadmap aligned with digital and AI transformation goals
• Oversee architecture and evolution of the platform, including integration with ERP, logistics, and manufacturing
• Define and enforce scalability, performance, and security principles
• Promote adoption of AI Gateways, Low-Code/No-Code tools, RAG, and orchestration frameworks
• Ensure platform reliability, observability, governance, security, and compliance (PII, GDPR)
• Manage cost, SLAs, and operational KPIs for AI workloads
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize AI use cases and ensure seamless enterprise integration
• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, AI specialists, and integration experts
• Engage with vendors for AI technology acquisition and integration
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in AI, ML, or data platform leadership roles
• Proven experience building and managing enterprise AI/ML platforms
• Strong background in AI architecture, API integration, and MLOps
• Experience with multi-LLM orchestration, AI gateways, and vector databases
• Cloud-native platforms (AWS or GCP)
• AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, etc.)
• Low-code/no-code AI tools (Flowise, N8N, Dify, etc.)
• API management & integration platforms
• Security and compliance in AI systems
• Leadership of cross-functional teams and enterprise transformation
• Excellent stakeholder management and technical documentation skills
• English fluency; additional languages a plus
