At LHH, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for one of our clients, a travel insurance company based in Barcelona. The position is 100% remote, with an office available in Barcelona.
Key responsibilities :
1. Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution
2. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions (IT, Product, Marketing, Customer Care, etc.)
3. Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and team dynamics.
4. Source proactively using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, internal referrals, and creative outreach.
5. Candidate Experience & Employer Brand
6. Ensure a seamless and human candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
7. Support employer branding initiatives.
8. Contribute to content, events, and campaigns that showcase our culture.
9. Data & Process Improvement
10. Track, report, and optimize KPIs (time to hire, candidate quality, satisfaction, etc.)
11. Maintain and improve our ATS and hiring processes to ensure consistency, agility, and scalability.
Requirements :
1. 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within fast-paced tech/startup environments.
2. Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and sourcing across various profiles.
3. Familiarity with tools such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HR analytics.
4. Strong communication and organizational skills, with a people-first approach.
5. Fluent in English and Spanish.
6. Creative mindset and strong bias for action.
Schedule : Full Time (7.5h / day). Location : 100% Remote (with access to our Barcelona office). Eligibility : Must reside in Spain with valid documentation to work.
