Cocomore is a digital agency providing products and communication services for international clients such as EssilorLuxottica, GroupeSEB, Nestlé, Procter & Gamble, and Samsung. It is also an incubator for digital start-ups, having sold ventures to Deutsche Telekom, Axel Springer, and Pro7Sat1.

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to join our leadership team, either in one of our offices or remotely.

Your responsibilities :

* Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to increase revenue and expand client portfolios.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities, leveraging digital marketing trends and client insights.
* Enhance marketing initiatives to align with growth objectives and target audience.
* Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, collaborating with departments like Strategy, Creative, and Data Science.
* Maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
* Monitor and optimize the performance of growth strategies and marketing campaigns using data analytics.
* Stay updated on industry trends and innovations, proactively introducing new ideas.

Your profile :

* Proven success in driving growth within a digital marketing or agency setting.
* Extensive experience in business development and marketing, with knowledge of digital channels and customer acquisition strategies.
* University degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
* Hands-on approach, actively engaging in projects and driving initiatives.
* Knowledge of digital tools like CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau).
* Strong leadership, motivation, and management skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a client-centric focus.
* Proficiency in English (C1–C2) and German (B2+); knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.
* Familiarity with MS Office and Jira is desirable.
