Job Title: Senior Manager Brand, Media & Lead Generation
At Abbott, we are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our brand, media, and lead generation efforts in Barcelona.

Your Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation Strategy and Performance:
o Develop innovative strategies to strengthen brand presence through media, digital channels, trade marketing, BTL activities, and partnerships.
o Collaborate with sales and retail teams to align efforts with sales objectives.
o Manage budgets, evaluate ROI, and optimize campaigns using analytics to improve results.
* Brand Development and Management:
o Analyze market trends and consumer insights to enhance customer experience through branding initiatives.
o Ensure brand consistency across channels and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align branding with business goals.
* Media Planning and Execution:
o Oversight of media budgets and plans.
o Management of content in line with brand guidelines.
o Execution of campaigns across various channels.
o Monitoring of performance metrics and adaptation of strategies based on data insights.
Your Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; Master's/MBA is a plus.
* Proven experience in Brand Management, Lead Generation, Digital Marketing, and Media Planning.
* Expertise in lead generation, conversion strategies, and marketing attribution models.
* Knowledge of lead management platforms and tools.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights for decision-making.
* People management experience and excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
* Proficiency in Office tools; PowerBI is advantageous.
* Customer-focused, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment.
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams, influence stakeholders, and demonstrate strategic vision and business acumen.
