P Account Manager B2B (Crypto) /pp We are European Blockchain Convention, a startup organizing B2B events (6000+ attendees in 2024). /pp We organize conferences around topics that we are passionate about: crypto, blockchain, and AI (for now!). /pp We are looking for an over-achieving Account Manager to join the team! /pp The ideal candidate is passionate about Crypto/AI/Fintech, is ambitious, smart, proactive, committed to achieving sales targets, has a growth mindset, strives for improvement, and is a great multi-tasker. /pp Our company is quickly evolving, so you will have other responsibilities that match what you are interested in and good at as we grow! /pp Key responsibilities: /pulli Create the Account Management strategy of the company /lili After a sale is closed, take over the account coordinating with other internal teams (Operations/Marketing/Product) to offer the best experience to our clients /lili Upsell your accounts /lili Be strategic and creative about how we accompany our clients /lili Build and develop relationships with Crypto AI experts, from corporates to startups /lili Responsible for your CRM Pipeline (Hubspot) /lili Whatever else you think will help us grow the business! /li /ulp Requirements: /pulli2+ years experience in sales with a solid track record (KPIs) /lili A very good knowledge/passion for the crypto industry /lili“Care” mentality, hungry, persistent, and ready to hustle /lili Hard working, creative, capable of multitasking /lili Proactive personality /lili Ability to excel in a fast-paced and startup-like environment /lili Attention to detail /lili Bilingual in English with strong communication skills /li /ulp What’s in it for you? /pulli To connect with top minds in industries you are passionate about /lili Freedom to act - you are the owner of your objectives, you can try things! /lili A young, dynamic environment in a fast-growing company with an international team /lili Salary range : 20.000€ - 26.000€ + bonus of 2500€ per year /li /ulp Selection process (we like to keep it under 2 weeks): /pulli You send us a video of 1 to 2 min of yourself explaining who you are and why you are the best candidate for this position - you can send it to (if you read until here, well done, you now have a secret info to stand out from all applications) /lili First selection call with someone from the team /lili Interview with Alexandre - COO /lili Case study + presentation /lili Answer + feedback call in case it’s a no /li /ulp Additional info : /pp We work 4 days per week in the office (Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday) located in Poblenou next to the Bogatell metro station /pp We work from home Wednesday /pp Looking forward to speaking with you! /p
