Mission :
Improve and ensure the management and documentation processes (export-import) within the group.
Control regulatory compliance in customs matters (International).
Your responsibilities :
* Manage and support document processes related to import-export.
* Manage HS codes and product Nomenclature.
* Ensure compliance with the Unified Customs Code and international import-export regulations.
* Define and optimize customs and import-export processes.
* Apply and ensure correct use of preferential treaties.
* Support companies in customs management specific to each country.
* Ensure compliance with customs documentation, certifications, and declarations.
* Assist in customs inspections related to origins, import taxes, customs value, and dutiable value.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a positive attitude and the following :
* Bachelor’s, master’s, or equivalent degree in International Trade and/or Customs Law.
* High proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is desirable.
* International experience in export-import management and/or customs operations.
* Experience with HS codes, origins, CN8, etc.
