Manager Digital & Tech Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of MES solutions for cosmetics & food manufacturing at dsm‑firmenich.
Key Responsibilities
- Position Siemens Opcenter Process as a pivotal component of the manufacturing architecture.
- Define domain goals aligned with company strategy and develop functional blocks accordingly.
- Track progress toward functional implementation and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Manage internal and remote IS resources, planning activities and organizing the project work‑breakdown structure.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing policies, regulations, and software development standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, industrial engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in Manufacturing Execution System and fine chemicals industry.
- 10+ years of managing MES domain in an international environment.
- Strong project management skills: scoping definition, task scheduling, budget management, and logical sequencing of activities.
- Ability to assess external vendors, manage performance of internal and remote IS resources, and develop team skill set.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and institutional culture.
