Job Description:
- Prepare ingredients for pizza, including dough, cheese, vegetables, and meats.
- Make fresh tomato sauces as needed.
- Prepare ingredients for calzones, sandwiches, garlic bread, and pasta dishes.
- Operate oven controls to regulate temperature and baking cycles.
- Ensure the kitchen meets safety and health standards.
- Operate and monitor baking equipment and temperature controls.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and utensils to comply with health regulations.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Executive Chef and Cipriani Management.
Qualifications:
* Ability to read and write for effective communication.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to learn and perform job functions accurately and safely.
* Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
* Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

* Proficiency in the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
