In the context of a strong growth and expansion process, we are looking for a highly motivated Corporate Product Manager to join the Agromillora Group and support our business, becoming part of a leading multicultural company in its sector, with a unique market position and the opportunity to work on projects across all five continents.
Reporting to the Chief Business & Development Officer and within the Group Business Development department, the Corporate Product Manager position will be based at our headquarters.
The mission of the role is to define and execute the global product strategy across markets. This role ensures that products meet customer needs, achieve commercial objectives, and align with the company's long‑term business goals. The position acts as the central link between markets, technical and commercial teams, R&D;, the Genetics platform, operations, marketing, and subsidiary sales teams.
Functions
- Define and lead the global product vision, developing a roadmap aligned with business strategy while driving differentiation and portfolio innovation.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to translate insights into product requirements, balancing global standardization with local adaptation.
- Manage products end‑to‑end, from concept to phase‑out, ensuring alignment with R&D; and meeting quality, regulatory, and cost objectives.
- Define global go‑to‑market strategies and support marketing and sales to maximize commercial performance and access to required technologies.
- Act as the integral point of accountability for product decisions, coordinating cross‑functional teams and leading governance and decision‑making processes.
- Monitor key KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and drive continuous improvement based on data and market feedback.
Requisitos mínimos
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomic engineering, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a global or multinational context.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Experience working with diverse international markets and stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (recommended Portuguese).
- Strategic vision, business orientation, and strong communication skills.
- High analytical capability and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Cross‑functional leadership and influence.
