As Director, Compliance Investigations & Monitoring, you lead complex investigations end-to-end and oversee risk-based regional monitoring to drive remediation and enhancements. You work closely with regional teams and business stakeholders to translate findings into actionable improvements within healthcare and life sciences compliance. You will shape investigative reports, monitor remediation progress, and provide insights to inform the broader risk program. This role offers impact through strengthening ethical conduct, regulatory adherence, and data-driven decision making across regions.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Independently conduct complex compliance investigations from intake to disposition, including evidence gathering, witness interviews, and root cause analysis
• Develop and execute risk-based regional monitoring plans with fieldwork, testing, and remediation tracking
• Analyze findings to identify trends and produce clear reports and metrics for stakeholders
• Provide cross-functional collaboration with Legal, HR, Internal Audit, Global Security, QA, Privacy, and regional leads to integrate outcomes into risk mitigation
• Support training and awareness initiatives (Speak Up program, non-retaliation principles) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage special projects and other duties as assigned by Global Sr. Director
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Accounting/Finance or related field with 12 years of experience in Health Care Compliance or equivalent
• Master or equivalent with 10 years of experience in Legal, Internal Audit, Finance, and Health Care Compliance (preferred)
• Professional certifications (CCEP, CIA, CFE, CHC) preferred
• Strong knowledge of medical device and life sciences xpzdshu regulatory landscape (FDA, FKAs, UK Bribery Act, EU Whistleblower Directive) and compliance domains (ABC, GDPR/CCPA, conflicts of interest, third-party risk management)
• Proven ability to conduct independent investigations and produce high-quality reports
• Experience designing and executing risk-based monitoring and remediation tracking
• Proficiency with case management systems and data analytics tools
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese/French a plus
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills
