Who We Are
At Joined Media Group (JMG), we create influencer marketing endorsement campaigns that put brands in front of highly targeted gaming audiences worldwide. Based in Berlin, our international team delivers impactful campaigns on YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, and other major platforms for leading gaming brands.
What You’ll Do
* Build and maintain relationships with gaming influencers, agencies, and managers
* Recruit creators for global marketing campaigns
* Scout and onboard new talent to expand our influencer network
* Negotiate partnership deals and secure competitive rates
* Bring creative campaign ideas to the table
* Track KPIs, campaign results, and prepare performance reports
* Stay on top of gaming and influencer trends to identify new opportunities
What You Bring
* 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing within gaming, esports, or a related field
* A deep understanding of gaming culture and current trends
* Hands-on experience working with gaming creators, esports teams, or gaming brands
* Familiarity with YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
* Strong negotiation and communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
* A proactive, independent mindset and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
