Who we’re looking for
We’re searching for a proactive, enthusiastic, and people-oriented professional who can make every guest feel at home and ensure our clients enjoy complete peace of mind.
What you’ll do
* Be the voice of our hosts: manage guest communications and ensure no message is left unanswered.
* Guide guests smoothly through every stage of their stay — before, during, and after.
* Collaborate daily with our internal teams, acting as the key link between guests and operations.
* Take care of reservations with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Welcome guests with on-site check-ins in Valencia, creating a warm and memorable first impression.
* Work 5 days a week (including weekends on a rotating schedule).
What you bring
* Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
* A calm, solution-focused mindset — even under pressure.
* A positive, can-do attitude and love for teamwork.
* Advanced English (other languages are a big plus).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle escalations professionally.
* Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends.
