The Product Merchandiser is responsible of the product offer for the European market.He/She will assure the development of the product line with the Global team and optimize the introduction in the market in order to reach the quantitative and qualitative objectives of the company.This position reports to the Director of Merchandising EMEA and allows you the flexibility to work from your home office or is based out of our Bacelona, Spain office.As the Giro Cycling and Camelbak Merchandising Manager EMEA you will have an opportunity to: Be a market expert: knowledge of the European Cycling and Outdoor markets in term of product offer, competition, distribution and consumer.Product lifecycle management :- Range management from the brief to the go to market- Category development to fit to the global brand strategy and support the financial targets- Briefing the collection together with the Global Merchandisers (market needs, product feedbacks, segmentation, design review)- Participation in product meetings at the Revelyst Global HQ USA- Definition of line lists (assortments, prices, margins)- Support the operation departments to pilot the range (line list, planning, purchases...)- Support the marketing department in catalogs and marketing supports developments- Support of the customer services for all the cycling related questions- Guarantee a cross department information flow internally and between Europe and USA- Provide internal product trainingsMarket expertise :- Establishment of market surveys- Competition benchmark- Participation to trade show and events- Retail tours across Europe- Sales analysisGo To Market :- Product presentation to sales forces, distributors and to key accounts- Support the customer services (BtoB & BtoC) for all technical requests- Support the marketing department for all GTM actions (press events, trade shows...)You have: • Degree in Business or design school• Practice and passionate by cycling• First experience in bike industry• Knowledge in product development, product design• Technical Product skills (fabrics, functionalities, construction...)• Excellent communication skills clearly and concise (product presentation, international meetings)• Ability to analyse and configure market and business report• High level of English, any other language is a plus• Frequent travels in Europe and United States.• Organized, structured, team worker• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful, team-oriented environment Sounds like you?Apply now or drop us a message at adelinamanea@foxracing.com – we’d love to meet you!
