Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Marketing Assistant to join our Spanish team. This role is key to enhancing our brand presence in Spain and supporting our market expansion.
The Marketing Assistant will report directly to the Marketing Manager based in Italy and will actively collaborate with the international marketing team located in Italy. While focusing on the Spanish market, this role requires constant alignment with group-wide strategies and a collaborative mindset to ensure consistency across all communication and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
* Organize and support the execution of events and trade fairs to promote Endospheres® technology.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, assisting them with marketing needs and ensuring they have the necessary promotional materials.
* Manage incoming leads and follow up to ensure effective conversion and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate in the creation and execution of campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
* Support the adaptation of communication materials to align with the cultural and market-specific nuances of the Spanish audience.
* Work closely with the Marketing Team in Italy to ensure coordinated strategies and actions.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in event organization, lead management, and customer support, preferably in the aesthetic, beauty, or medical device sector.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly across international teams.
· Familiarity with social media and digital communication strategies is a plus.
· Knowledge of CRM tools and proficiency in managing sales databases.
· English proficiency (C1–C2) is a must ;
knowledge of Italian isa strong plus.
