Main Responsibilities
* Help with check-ins and check-outs of students.
* Invigilate and correct placement tests.
* Plan and prepare classes.
* Teach for 6 hours per day or teach for 4 hours and assist monitors for 2 hours.
* Create and correct weekly tests.
* Complete weekly or termly reports for students.
* Participate in evening parties.
* Perform night duties on a rota basis (remain on camp every second night).
* Occasionally perform monitor duties during break times (on a rota basis).
* Teach 4 classes of up to 12 students each, providing engaging and interesting lessons following the company's motto "Learning English, Having Fun."
Who can apply?
You must be a passport holder from an EU member state or already possess NIE, TIE, or DNI (Spanish Identity documents). If you hold a student TIE, you may be permitted to work up to 30 hours per week; please verify if your TIE is valid for the summer.
Economic Conditions
We offer full board and shared accommodation. The pay is 490 Euros per week before tax.* A small bonus is paid after working more than 6 weeks. Payments are made at the end of your contract. You may request an advance of up to 100€ per week in cash for personal needs during the camp.
Please note: Non-residents in Spain (those who have lived in Spain for less than 6 months) will be taxed at a higher rate of 19%. To compensate, a small bonus is provided to non-residents.
