What to expect
We are looking for a 4G/5G Mobile Network Engineer with solid experience in radio infrastructure, primarily Ericsson, and knowledge of Huawei and ZTE. The ideal candidate should also have, or be eager to strengthen, their profile in IoT device validation and certification. The position offers direct incorporation into the workforce of a German multinational, working on a high‑impact project for a leading telecommunications company.
Main Responsibilities
* Operation, configuration, and analysis of 4G/5G radio access nodes
* Participation in optimization and troubleshooting activities of the radio access network
* Analysis of KPIs, performance, and stability of LTE/NR cells
* Review of alarms, logs, and incidents from radio nodes
* Advanced analysis of interfaces and radio‑core integration in 4G and 5G
Requirements
* Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Engineering or related field.
* Proven experience in 4G/5G radio networks with Ericsson equipment; valuable knowledge of Huawei/ZTE nodes.
* Advanced understanding of mobile network architecture (RAN & Core) and signaling protocols/interfaces (RRC, S1AP, NGAP, NAS).
