We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager based in LATAM, specifically for the Brazilian market, to work fully remotely. The role involves implementing, educating, and training clients on our SaaS platform to maximize its features and tools.
In this role, you will help clients navigate and integrate our platform into their daily operations seamlessly.
1. Provide mentorship and guidance by demonstrating knowledge of the Crisalix platform, acting as a trusted consultant.
2. Develop strong relationships with clients and offer technical support throughout their journey via email, chat, WhatsApp, or phone.
3. Encourage refresher training and introduce new functionalities to optimize platform use.
4. Train clients on best practices regularly.
5. Deeply understand the software to explain it effectively to clients, including those less tech-savvy.
6. Adjust teaching speed to the client’s understanding pace.
7. Experience training users on solutions using tablets.
8. Work closely with the C-Suite to ensure adherence to customer success processes.
9. Identify client concerns and potential sales opportunities for the sales team.
10. Ensure clients have access to online learning resources.
11. Escalate information and feedback from users to marketing and development teams.
Our ideal candidate would have:
1. At least 4+ years of experience in Customer Success within a B2B SaaS or software company.
2. Tech-savviness with a strong desire to build relationships and support product adoption.
3. Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese (spoken and written) and good English (B2+).
4. Excellent judgment, problem-solving, and escalation skills.
5. Customer-focused with the ability to convey technical knowledge to varied audiences.
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Sales-oriented, proactive, and customer service-minded.
8. Organized, enthusiastic, with attention to detail.

5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow processes.
