* Preparation of files for signings (deposit contracts, deeds, or leases)
* Control and review of legal documentation for properties (simple notes, requirements, etc.)
* Assistance with legal queries for the commercial team
* Anti-money laundering and data protection compliance
* Regulatory updates
Requirements :
* "Máster de Abogacía" student or fourth-year Law student in Spain
* Fluent in English and Spanish
* Internship Agreement
* The ability to work independently and with a diverse group of folks.
* Coolness under pressure and superb organizational skills.
* A love for teamwork and collaboration.
* Skills with IT tools and Microsoft Office, bonus points for Salesforce.
