Responsibilities
* Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
* Support with bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
* Help prepare financial reports, statements, and budgets
* Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
* Liaise with customers, agents, and vendors to resolve billing issues
* Assist in the preparation of tax filings and compliance documentation
* Provide administrative support to the Financial Controller and broader management team
* Help manage relationships with external financial advisers and auditors
* Contribute to improving financial processes and controls
* Support with office administrative tasks related to finance, including utilities and billing management
* There may be opportunities to take on on-site accounting responsibilities at festivals, depending on workload and logistics
Qualifications
* Interest in accounting and finance; detail-oriented and proactive
* Ability to work with cross-functional teams
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Experience with typical accounting software and MS Office is a plus
