Reporting: Report to the manager and project stakeholders on the progress and outcomes of the projects.
Team Management: Lead, motivate, and coordinate team members to achieve the established objectives. This includes task planning, resource allocation, progress tracking, conflict resolution, and team performance evaluation.
Development Guidelines: Establish and maintain clear guidelines for project development, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.
Collaboration with the Business Analyst: Work closely with the Business Analyst to ensure migration processes are aligned with business needs.
Implementation Oversight: Oversee the implementation of migration processes, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
Responsibilities

Requirements
At least 5 years of experience leading teams.
Experience and technical knowledge in large-scale data migrations.
Functional understanding of financial processes.
Knowledge of SAP as the target system supporting business processes.
English level C1 (advanced).
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Python programming language.
Understanding of Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC).
Knowledge of German.
Experience with Infor LN ERP.
Familiarity with JIRA.
