Role Overview As a School Trip Monitor, you will support teachers in overseeing students during educational and recreational trips, ensuring safety, engagement, and enjoyment while fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Accompany and supervise groups of students on trips and activities.
- Assist teachers in maintaining discipline and safety protocols.
- Engage students in activities, ensuring their active participation and well‑being.
- Respond to emergencies or incidents following established procedures.
- Act as a liaison between students, teachers, and service providers during trips.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (required); additional languages are a plus.
- Prior experience as a Leisure Activity Monitor, Sports Coach, Educator, or similar role is preferred.
- Valid Certificate of Sexual Offences Clearance (mandatory).
- Availability to work during school trips, which may include overnight stays and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Basic first‑aid training is a plus.
