✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or IT Project Coordinator in SAP-related projects (SAP S/4HANA adecuado).
- Functional understanding of SAP Finance (FI/CO) and its integration with external systems.
- Experience in ERP integrations, especially between SAP and custom/internal tools.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and their interaction with ERP systems.
- Strong skills in creating user stories, functional documentation, and process mapping (AS IS / TO BE).
- Exposure to agile project environments (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strategic thinking with an analytical mindset focused on process improvement.
- High level of curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new systems and tools.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Act as IT Business Analyst between finance stakeholders and technical teams to support integration and transformation initiatives.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Lead the documentation and delivery of finance process improvements aligned with SAP S/4HANA architecture.
- Coordinate and support ERP integration projects involving internal/custom systems and SAP Finance modules.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to design, test, and deploy optimized solutions.
- Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and strategic enhancements to existing processes.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and support change management activities.
- Ensure proper project documentation, traceability, and stakeholder communication .
