What will you do?
* Collaborate in achieving the service objectives, customer satisfaction, and the efficiency of wellness processes.
* Collaborate and support in the supervision and control of protocol compliance.
* Propose and coordinate offers for client acquisition, design of promotions, etc., with the approval of the Hotel Director.
* Manage the Spa team in the absence of the responsible person (selection, onboarding, integration, training, scheduling, absences, hires, etc.).
* Participate in the administrative and accounting processes related to the receipt of Spa charges.
* Manage and supervise the provisioning of materials and products used for the delivery of services.
* Supervise the cleaning and maintenance of the facilities, notifying the Housekeeper and the Maintenance Manager of any possible incidents.
What are we looking for?
* Required training: University degree or specialized higher degree.
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
* Commercial skills, strong customer orientation.
* High level of English.
* Intermediate knowledge of Office package will be valued.
