Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers, handling inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience in German. No prior experience needed.
Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in German
* Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
* Document interactions and follow internal procedures
* Collaborate with internal teams when necessary
Requirements
* German C2 level (mandatory)
* Good level of English
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Customer-oriented mindset
* Availability to work in rotative shifts
