As a 3P Capacity Manager, you will work cross-functionally with internal teams and closely with our Carrier partners to identify and resolve issues in the delivery experience. You will be responsible for capacity planning across multiple countries and for managing and enhancing delivery performance across various carriers and regions.

Within the Transportation team, you will drive improvements to complex logistics challenges, pursue strategic initiatives, and manage innovation projects within our expanding European Fulfillment Network, addressing the challenges of rapid growth.
Amazon Italy seeks a customer-focused, analytical Program Manager to oversee transportation processes and performance, and to lead organizational programs aimed at improvement. You will handle operational issues requiring deep network analysis and implement solutions influencing both short-term and long-term operations.
Location: Luxembourg, Milan, London, Madrid, Paris, or Munich (Amazon Corporate Offices)
Key Responsibilities
* Manage country-wide programs to develop and oversee robust cross-functional processes supporting transportation across the country and EU.
* Create capacity plans to meet demand, reduce costs, and enhance speed.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience, reduce costs, and optimize processes.
* Support country teams in preparing and leading operational calls, business reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
* Drive innovation through ownership of new projects and ensure operational success.
* Support network configuration management, including lanes, nodes, and timings, collaborating with stakeholders across the transportation organization.
Minimum Qualifications
* Experience in program or project management.
* Proven track record in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross-functional collaboration.
* Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or related field.
* Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
* Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, lookups, formulas, data cleansing).
* Experience with MS Access and SQL.
* Ability to gather requirements and write detailed requirement documents.
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree or equivalent.
* Advanced Excel skills, including macros, VBA, data linking, and complex formulas.
