Your role :
* Setup and maintain batch jobs based on requests of the SAP application teams / business in test and production Systems.
* Knowledge in monitoring procedures and Alerting management.
* Support SAP Software Logistics with deployment tasks
* Working with internal and external audit requests.
* Work actively on job failures and remediate issues (if needed with other teams)
* Monitor job processing and actively take measures to ensure SLAs are met.
* Operation of data exchange between the SAP and the connected subsystems
* Working closely with other teams (e.g., SAP, Goldmine, ECOM, outsourcing partners) identifying approaches to optimize the scheduling and performance of the batch processing.
* Maintain factory calendars in SAP
* Working on optimizing the performance of the jobs so the available resources would be used in the most efficient way.
* Basic SAP Basis knowledge is necessary.
* SAP archiving understanding is helpful.
* Know how to work under ITSM tools.
* Ability for independent working.
* Capacity of management and teamwork is desirable.
* Capacity to work and collaborate on different projects.
Specific requirements :
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar.
* Knowledge and experience in Redwood.
* Over 7 years of experience with SAP Software.
* English full competence.
