Your Role
- Manage the HR function, serving as the single point of contact for all queries.
- Manage the ADP/Celergo payroll system.
- Develop and Implement policies and procedures in compliance with employment legislation.
- Plan and lead negotiations and communications with Works Council members.
- Manage recruitment and performance management. Develop and manage a training and development plan.
- Administer employee files, offers, contracts, and draft required letters.
- Act as a change agent to support and align with cultural and organizational needs.
- Manage local Data Protection procedures.
- Oversee Budget and Compensation Plans.
- Manage engagement, develop and coordinate events and voluntary programs.
- Lead system configurations.
- Execute European projects.

Requirements
- Degree in Psychology / Occupational Psychology, or related field.
- Masters in HRM or similar.
- Min. 3 years as HR Manager and in Works Council negotiations and leading disciplinary procedures.
- At least 5 years of experience managing payroll, solid knowledge of Social Security and local legislation.
- Previous experience required monitoring, advancing and negotiating Diversity and Equality Plans; as well as leading system configurations/integration.
- Strong knowledge of Spanish & Portuguese labour law.
- Fluent English Level (C1).
- Advanced Excel, ADP, Sparkhire and SAP skills.
Self-driven, able to multitask, handle sensitive data, and work collaboratively.
- Experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.
