Role Description :
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our commercial efforts within the yachting industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth across the Levante and Catalonia regions.
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying prospects, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals that align with the services and high standards offered by Nautipaints. You will also oversee the full sales cycle —from initial outreach to post-sale follow-up— ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
You'll be part of an international and collaborative sales team, working alongside account managers, sales executives, and other commercial professionals to achieve ambitious growth targets.

The main responsibilities of this function include :
* Identify new potential clients. Cold calling
* Constant prospecting of new business opportunities
* Organize and conduct sales appointments
* To establish and maintain effective working relations both within the department and with other departments
* Building and Maintaining Client Relationships
* Driving Sales and Identifying Growth Opportunities
Necessary experience & qualifications :
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong client-oriented mindset
* Demonstrated ability in lead generation and direct sales
* Familiarity with the yacht industry is highly desirable
* Experience in a similar client-facing role, ideally within the maritime
* Self-driven, results-focused, and persuasive, with strong negotiation skills
* Willingness for client meetings and industry events
* Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
* A valid driving license is required
* Availability to travel as needed
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is advantageous
