As an Account Manager, you will leverage your knowledge in strategy, planning, and media campaigns across all channels. The agency offers training opportunities, including coaching by senior leaders, to support your professional growth. Building strong relationships with clients and external partners is also key.
How you’ll spend your day :
1. Establishing direct relationships with clients’ marketing teams, including global media and product marketing teams
2. Developing overall strategies and media rationales
3. Applying strategic lines effectively
4. Coordinating global brand activities
5. Collaborating with the Planning Unit on media campaign development and purchase
6. Integrating communication plan disciplines for a holistic client view
7. Estimating needs and characteristics for objectives
8. Monitoring and evaluating campaign objectives
9. Managing budgets and billing approvals
10. Possessing a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent experience managing clients (3-4 years), demonstrating client orientation
11. At least 1 year of managerial experience, preferably with international accounts
12. Strong multimedia and digital media planning skills
13. Proficiency in English (B2 or higher), assessed during interview
14. Excellent communication skills, being dynamic, flexible, and proactive
