At Festibax, we create innovative, custom-branded bags for festivals, concerts, and events. We are seeking a hands‐on, proactive, and highly motivated Market Research Analyst Intern to join our team and help drive our sales processes forward. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Collection & Cleaning: Assist in gathering, cleaning, and validating data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Data Analysis: Identify trends and patterns in sales data to uncover insights that can guide strategy and improve operational efficiency.
Support Data Requests: Handle ad hoc data requests from the sales team, providing insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitive analysis, and customer behaviour to support strategic planning.
Reporting: Assist in creating detailed reports and presentations that summarise findings and actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.
REQUIREMENTS
High-level English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
Familiarity with data collection, analysis tools, and methods (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Interest in developing skills in market research, consumer insights, and data analysis.
BONUS SKILLS
Experience with data visualisation tools is a plus.
Familiarity with survey tools and research methodologies.
Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn about market trends and insights.
