**Responsibilities**:- Assist in daily operations of a Service Center in a manner that supports business objectives, achieves milestones, and contributes to financial goals.- Execute Costa Rica Free Trade Zone processes and practices when needed to ensure compliance and meet commitments.- Support special projects and teams to drive employee engagement.- Site liaison and oversight for Transportation Services.- Manages site supplies, equipment, and hardware ordering, inventory and maintenance plans.- Manages customs clearance, goods receipts, invoice approvals and payment, purchase requests and PO processes and practices.- Manages support services and relationships for the site such as courier, catering, vendor deliverables, reception, organizational memberships, customs, etc.- Coordinates and reports on site leadership meetings, visitors meetings and other events or programs as requested by Site Leadership.- Manages travel for executives and visitors- Documents office processes, procedures and policies while continuously improving them.- BRGs coordination- Responsible for site communication and social media adm- Responsible for site eventsEducation and ExperienceVocational College degree. Exposure to college coursework or business experience involving finance operations, communications, project management, administrative management, continuous improvement.- Bachelors degree in Office Administration, BA, Public Relations, Communications a plus- 3+ years office administration or functional business experience (desired)- Communications experience a plus; communication plan development, proficiency in verbal and written English, use of online communication mediums.- Proficiency with Microsoft tools, internal Thomson Reuters systems such as The Hub, SAP, Ariba is a plus.- High sense of accountability with strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and follow up skills.- Ability to work independently or with mínimal supervision- Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines, works with a sense of urgency and accuracy- Well-developed organizational skills- High aptitude for learning- Strong collaboration ability across boundaries, focused on positive business partnership and customer experience.Do you want to be part of a team helping re-invent the way knowledge professionals work?
