We are an international, energetic team always pushing for excellence and we are now looking for a UGC Content Creator Intern to join our growing Marketing team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn about digital marketing, user-generated content, and social media trends while contributing creatively to real campaigns.
The Influencer Department operates under the supervision of the User Acquisition Department, ensuring that all collaborations with creators and influencers align with marketing strategy, performance goals, and brand identity. All influencer-related operations including sourcing, contracting, content creation, approval, publication, and performance tracking follow the procedures outlined below.
Tasks
What You’ll Do 🚀
1. Campaign Management & Coordination
* Plan, set up, and execute influencer and UGC campaigns under the supervision of the UA Department.
* Coordinate internal teams, agencies, and influencer platforms (e.g., Upfluence, Later Influence).
* Manage campaign briefs, deliverables, timelines, and ensure alignment with UA strategy and budget.
2. Influencer Relations & Content Production
* Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers across various tiers (nano to mega).
* Guide influencers on creative direction, posting schedules, and approval processes.
* Ensure all content (videos, reels, stories, posts) follows brand guidelines, messaging, and legal standards.
* Manage social networks ( Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook..)
3. Performance Tracking & Reporting
* Monitor and analyze key metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, CPI, CPA).
* Support integration with MMPs (e.g., Singular) for accurate attribution and reporting. DeepLink experience enhanced.
* Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and creative strategy.
4. Budget, Contracts & Market Research
* Assist with budget management, cost negotiation, and coordination of influencer payments.
* Collaborate with Legal and Finance teams on contracts and content rights.
* Stay up to date with social media trends, creator best practices, and competitor benchmarks to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For 🎯
* Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
* Passionate about digital marketing, social media, and influencer culture.
* Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced international environment.
* Basic knowledge of photo and video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
* Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
* Fluency in English or Spanish (both are a plus).
💡 Preferred Skills
* Experience or strong interest in influencer marketing or UGC campaign management.
* Understanding of key performance metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, CTR).
* Familiarity with influencer platforms and tracking tools (e.g., Singular, Adjust).
* Knowledge of mobile app marketing, creative testing, or digital performance analysis.
* Basic experience with creative briefing or video editing.
* Familiarity with Apple Search Ads, Meta Ads, or Google Ads integrations.
* Additional languages such as Spanish or French are an advantage.

* Full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday 9:00–18:30 (with a 1-hour break) and Friday 9:00–15:00. Summer schedule (July and August): 8:00–15:00.
* Internship duration: 6 months, with the goal of subsequent full-time incorporation.
